Rise Up & Give back, Our philanthropic organization, hosts an annual “Rise Supplies” event for the residents at all of our communities.
For the 2023 school year, in partnership with Cox Communications, Apartments.com, RealPage and Zillow rentals, we were able to give over 1500 school supply kits to children at Rise48 Communities.
Each student in attendance received a brand new backpack along with folders, pencils, notebooks and various other school supplies.
Both our corporate and on-site property management staff enjoyed curating fun activities for our residents to participate in including coloring stations, photo booths, ice cream socials and so many other activities.
Our team looks forward to these events each year as we love being able to give back to the local community. It makes it extra special to be able to give back to the residents at Rise48 Communities. Our overall goal with these events is to continue to improve the living standards for all of our residents and provide a fun annual event for them to enjoy.

In addition to providing school supply kits to Rise48 Communities, Rise Up Give Back also donated the same kits to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital to distribute to patients this year.
