RISE UP GIVE BACK

Investing in communities goes beyond real estate.

At Rise48, we believe our responsibility extends beyond the properties we own. Rise Up Give Back is our commitment to serving the residents, neighborhoods, and cities where we operate. Through hands-on volunteer efforts, charitable donations, and community-driven events like Rise Supplies, we strive to create meaningful impact and lasting support for the families who call our communities home.

"WE RISE
BY LIFTING OTHERS"
Rise Supplies: Back to School Events
Rise Supplies is our annual back-to-school event hosted at each of our properties across all markets.

Every year, we donate tens of thousands of backpacks and school supplies to our residents, helping ease the financial burden families face when preparing their kids for a new school year. These events bring our communities together while providing meaningful, practical support to parents and children.

Community Impact Beyond Our Properties

Beyond our communities, we actively support organizations that are creating meaningful change in the cities we serve.

Phoenix Children’s Hospital (AZ)
We donate blankets, care kits, essential supplies, and financial support to help provide comfort and resources to patients and their families during difficult times.

St. Vincent de Paul (AZ)

Through a company-wide food drive, we donated over 1,500 pounds of non-perishable food, earning recognition in their 1,000 Pound Club. Our entire Arizona team (150+ team members) has also volunteered across their campus, serving at the food bank, urban farm, kitchen, bike shop, and other outreach areas to support individuals and families in need throughout the Phoenix area.

Crossroads Community Services (TX)
Our Dallas team hosted a volunteer day assembling food kits for families facing food insecurity, organizing warehouse inventory, and assisting with facility maintenance to help their operations continue running efficiently.

American Red Cross
We host blood drives at our Scottsdale corporate office, inviting employees, investors, partners, and community members to donate and help save lives.

Where Hope Lives (AZ)
Our team has participated in the Stop Traffic Walk to raise funds for one of the nation’s largest human trafficking rescue and rehabilitation organizations. Contributions support rescue efforts and provide survivors with the tools and resources needed to rebuild strong, independent lives.

Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina (NC & SC)
Our North Carolina team organized a volunteer initiative assembling 300 snack bags, 200 hygiene kits, and 300 handwritten cards of encouragement for children and seniors experiencing food insecurity across North and South Carolina.

Whether supporting the families who live in our communities or serving alongside local nonprofits, Rise48 is committed to creating lasting impact in the neighborhoods we invest in, and beyond.
